From small intimate events to events for up to 50 people, Chef Alba can customize her menu to any and all dietary restrictions. Dishes can include appetizers, soups, salads, meat or non-meat entrees, sides, and dessert. Food is cooked day-of to remain fresh. Meats can be barbequed or smoked in advanced with Chef Alba's special formula to ensure meats do not get dry on-site throughout your event. Linens, plates, and cutlery are available on request. Drinks are not included. Requests must come at least 21 days prior to the event and include the date, time, restrictions, and the number of guests. Drop-off and set-up will begin at least 1-2 hours prior to the event.


If you wish to have Chef Alba or her staff present at your event, please note it in your request. Chef Alba can do final food preparations on-site, serve the food and maintain fresh dishes and portions on your table.
